Suggest Treatment For Severe Radiating Headaches Causing Goosebumps

Very fast onset, increasing exponentially pain from the crown of my head bilaterally to the upper parietal region and upper forehead well above the sinuses, accompanied by waves of goosebumps beginning at my crown and rippling down my back and arms. No fever, pupil response normal, nausea, no migraine-like sensitivity to light/sound. NEVER had a headache feel like this. Clenching teeth doesnt exacerbate symptoms. I m 800 mg Ibuprofen and 1000 Tylenol deep and no change. Nauzene helped with the nausea. I have NO idea what this is, but I d consider self-trepanation at this point if I thought it might help and and the likelihood of survival wasn t less than 0%.

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Following are the treatment of your problem:
1. Pain relieving medication: 
- first use:Ibuprufen 500 mg three times a day or you can use aspirin or acetaminophen
- If not responds, you can use sumatriptan, combination of ergots and caffine
- In resistance case you can use opioids and glucocorticoids like prednisolone
- You can put ice pack on head.
Stay hydrated
eat health diet.

Life style changes should be done as below
1. Enough sleep
2. Muscle relaxation exercise
3. Rest and relaxation
4. Keep headache diary: Identify trigger factor and which treatment is effective
Alternate therapy:
Acupuncture therapy
Massage and music therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy
Vitamin B-2 and CO Q can be useful in relieving pain.
