hi my concern is i have a rectal bleeding for almost 9 months now..and it really bothers me because i went o my dr last month and she gave me pills for hemorrhoidal and it doesnt help me to stop the bleeding on my rectum..please advise me whhat i am going to do more..its so hard for me visit my dr most often due to my work here in saudi arabia..and now i am very uncomfortable about my condition,even i blow wind blood come out after.and my i feel pain at the lower part of my left abdomen .thank you so much
First of all proctoscopy examination done in your case.It might show proctitis like inflammation or hemorrhoids.It may show some suscipion growth like area then biopsy taken and send for histopathological examination.
Stool examination also done.if pus cell chronic dysentery by shigella might be cause.antibiotic need for it.
Meanwhile take following measures... More water. Avoid spicy food. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Anal warm water sitz bath taken. Brufen like antiinflammatory drug useful. Green leafy veg taken more.
