Suggest Treatment For Severe Scoliosis In The Lower Spine

Hi, I am from geraldton Western Australia and have severe scoliosis in my lower spine. I take tramadol 50mg and tramadol SR 50mg and naproxen as well. It is the long weekend here so no doctors surgeries are open until Tuesday. So I am unsure on what to do.
