Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Pain

I injured my shoulder on Wednesday, and have been in pain constantly since. I did seek medical treatment, but he was unable to do an x-ray at the time, and now I ve been experiencing popping as well as occasional tingling in my hand. Could this be indicative of a serious problem?

hi
You do need an ray of shoulder, if any subluxation is there it would be causing symptoms in hand.also cracks should be ruled out.Just support your arm in a slingTill you seek specialist and x ray appointment and take motrin tablets after meals.
Any discrepancy with the joint should be taken care of at the earliest to avoid complications later on
