Suggest Treatment For Severe Sinus Infection

My Husband has bad sinus infection all the time. His oxygen level is always low and has been in hospital 3 times in the last year. as long as he is on antibotic and steroids he is ok. As soon as the steroids are out of his system he gets a bad sinus infections. He has gone to a ear nose and throat dr. A lung doctor..

Steam inhalation and saline nasal rinse is the best way out.
I do not think that a lung doctor would be able to help.
