Suggest Treatment For Severe Sore Throat
I m having aching shoulders. in the beginning it felt like a cramp neck and throat pain on one side and it hurts when I lean my head back I feel pain in the cervicle spine close to where my head starts. Can that be some sort of infection, or is it a sign of cancer the sore neck started last Thursday and the painful throat started on Sunday .

No it is not a sign of cancer.
The presence of the muscle aches and pains along with a sore throat are likely due either the flu or common cold.
These are caused by viral infection though sore throat can sometimes be caused by a bacterial infection but this is not as common.
Treatment is mainly the use of over the counter pain medication to help relieve the discomfort.
