Hi,
Thanks for your question.
After going through your question, I can understand your concern.
For better opinion I want to know more about your heart damage ie. Tests done for it and their Results. .
There is a diaphragm which separate chest cavity from abdominal cavity.
In
hiatus hernia part of stomach (food storing organ) protrude through oesopgageal opening (hole in diaphragm which is for food pipe) in diaphragm and lies in chest cavity.
Which cause pressure over stomach and
acid reflux and lead to
abdominal pain and burning sensation.
In severe cases of reflux there may be throat burning.
Depending upon severity of defect and symptoms surgical correction may be needed.
You should -
- Take antacids like Tab
Pantoprazole, Syrup Gelucil.
- Avoid spicy, oily food.
- Avoid immediate lying down after having meals.
- Have frequent small meals instead of large volume meals.
Hope this helps you, if so do vote as helpful.
