Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Diarrhea
YES. My mother has been dealing with pain in her stomach. It has been about 2 months now. They have done a scan on her gallbladder and they told her it was not that. She has been having a lot of diarrhea. They have taken 2 blood tests over the past month and they called her this morning and said she has high enzyme level. Just curious to what this could be. She has an appointment in October, but worried that it may be serious. They have her on a strict diet of BRAT.

CT/MRI study of the abodmen would fix the pancreatic damage and its assessment.
BRAT -diet -Banana +Rice porridge+smashed apple+Toast bread
Low protein and Low fat would keep the diarrhease low.
Malabsorption caused would need
Tab Vit B12 2500 mcgm daily
Tab- Folic acid -50 mg
Tab Vit d3-1000 mg /day
This would recoup the body soon.
GI surgeon or Enterologist would assess the CT/MRI Abdomen and other tests and would treat your health issues accordingly.
