Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Vomiting
i was really sick at about 4am last night, had horrible stomach pains n my vomit seemed really acidy n orange (i know thats kinda normal but thought might help to say) i went back to sleep n then woke up n had to rush to the loo again but this time with diarreah my stomach is swolloen, hurts feels very unsettled and i have fever and headache. This is the worst diarreah n sickenss ive had since i was a kid. whats up with me?

You may be suffering from gastritis or peptic ulcer disease with acid reflux or food poisoning etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
Use tablet pantoprazole.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
