Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

All these symptoms of stomach pain and bloating could be due to stomach upset which is likely due to gastroenteritis or acute gastritis but here there is no need to worry as it can be cured by medications and diet.

You should go for routine blood tests and stool examination with ultrasound abdomen if not done previously.

Meanwhile, you should take antacids (pantoprazole) available over the counter with antibiotics (ofloxacin with ornidazole) and symptomatic treatment.

Your nearby GP may prescribe this antibiotics.

Avoid oily, spicy and non-veg foods for at least 3 to 5 days and must not take alcohol.

For difficulty in passing stool, you can take laxatives like syrup cremaffin plus 3TSF at a bed time.

You will feel better within 3 to 5 days of this medications.

If symptoms persists then see gastroenterologist who may advice you upper GI endoscopy and will give you further advice accordingly.

Regards,
