Suggest Treatment For Severe Stress And High BP

I had an Angiogram done about 1.5 yr back and was found normal , Past month and half, i experienced severe stress resulting in High BP and its taken me about 5- 6 weeks to bring this to normal , while i am returning to normal , I find the place where the Angio was done(Right Leg Pelvis ) is causing some pain , while the pain is bearable , but its really uncomfortable . Is this anything related to my BP ? Please advise

hi,
first you should monitor your bp, if it's high treatment should be taken.
Includes low salt diet and regular exercises. You should also fatty and sugary foods. you should also get your sugars and lipid profile test done if not yet tested. If bp is not controlled medicine should be taken. I usually start my patient on tab Telmisartan 40 mg once a day.
Regarding your pain, it is not directly related to bp, it can be normal but one ultrasound of the site should be done as sometimes there can be bulging of the artery which will need treatment.
