yes my fiancé is complaining of his testicals hurting extremely bad to the point where they can t be touched. he said it has been going on for a few days but very minor until now. They are red and he says warm to the touch and says it feels like they are rising up . Never mind didn t realize you had to pay to get an answer. Painful testis may be due to many causes like epididymo-orchitis (infection),torsion,mass etc.
Your fiance need proper clinical evaluation.
Ultrasound of scrotum with colour doppler and routine investigations should be done like routine hemogram,urine RE/ME,random blood sugar.
Colour doppler may exclude many conditions.
He may need to take antibiotics.
Proper treatment depend upon findings
