Suggest Treatment For Severe Testicle Pain

hello doc, I am a 36 year old male. I recently began feeling a sensitive left testicle. When I physically began to check my testicles I noticed a jelly like texture below my left, sensitive testicle. What may this be caused by? Or what may it be? Is this normal, will it go away?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Pain in the left testicle with something felt as a jelly like thing can not be normal.
This may not go away on its own.
I would suggest you the following:
Get checked by a Doctor and get a reference for:
Opinion of an Urologist.
Color Doppler and ultrasonography.
Tests of blood, urine and semen.
Get an appropriate treatment as per the findings.
This may be due to epididymo-orchitis, as is the commonest cause.
I find this answer helpful
