Suggest Treatment For Severe Testicle Pain
i had my epididimis removed three months ago and still have severe pain in my testicles my urologist said the only option i have is to remove my testicles what other options do i have to get rid of the pain it feels like some one is constantly sqeezing and pulling down on my testicles

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i would request you mention your age, and biopsy report of the epididymis,which was removed.What was the indication for it's removal.
You should mention present medication being taken,and reports like doppler ultrasound scan of scrotum,if done.If not done, it must be done urgently.
You should understand that, castration will end in losing potency.
