Suggest Treatment For Severe Testicular Pain
Hi i am experiencing pain in my left testicle which runs upto the left side of my abdomin. I had an ultrasound of testes and abdomen and nothing was wrong at all. I had a urine test and it indicated 35-40 hpf pus cells and15-20 hpf epithelial cells. Do i have an STD ? What tests should i do to screen out stds?

Your elucidate history is suggestive of severe urinary tract infection.
This may not be due to STD .
Please get urine culture and sensitivity done.
Blood tests for CBC, kidney functions.
Ask for STD panel to cover all the tests.
Take a complete course of an antibiotic as per the reports.
Take plenty of oral fluids.
Review test after 3 days.
