I was rear ended in my vehicle 3 days ago, my throat feels raspy and it hurts, I ve read I could ve injured my spine or neck. .I went to the ER yesterday butthe Dr said it might just be a cold. I m worried because they didn t take xrays or mri, should I be worried

No need for any Xray or mri, U can start with oral antibiotic Amoxycillin+clavulanic acid 625mg twice daily for 5 days and Betadine mouth gargles thrice daily for 5 days and oral Rantac 150mg twice for 5days and oral Levocetrizine 5mg bedtime for 5days. avoid cold,sweet and spicy items
