Suggest Treatment For Severe Throbbing Pain In The Left Arm

Have a torn rotator cuff which has not bothered me in over a year. Nothing prompted the return of pain, was at the dentist and found I had throbbing pain in the left arm and a just abit in the neck. Hoping this is a rotator cuff issue and not a heart attack pending. I,m 67 and have always been in relatively good health, good eating habits and active in addition to exercise. Shoud I worry?

Hello
I have read your query.
I will advise you clinical examination and investigation like ecg and trop T to rule out cardiac cause.
you should get repeat check to confirm cause of pain.
MRI spine and shoulder may help. Physiotherapy like ultrasound and Tens may give you relief.
