Hi, my boyfriend accidentally hit my nose with his shoulder about a week ago. Now i am experiencing i tingling feeling on my nose between my eyes and a bit further down. It comes and goes as if its twitching and i kind of feel a pressure too. I do not have sinus problems and never broke my nose before. Thank you

Now you have tingling feeling over the nose in between the eyes, comes and goes down as if twitching and have a kind of pressure. There is no fracture nor have any sinus problems.My thoughts: The blunt trauma caused by the shoulder caused neuropraxia meaning partial trauma to the small nerves of nose skin. This gives you this sensation. Do not worry, this will heal on its own and over the time. There is no need of any active treatment.
