Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Both your problems could be part of same infection in throat. General advise:

1. clean throat frequently with propriotary antiseptic oral preparations
2. Observe strict oral and food hygeine
3. Avoid cold, oily and spicy foods
4. Take soft, bland but nutritious food

Next Step: Consult online on this plateform or offline at your place. Don't self medicate too much.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. HIMANSHU DHANAK
