Suggest Treatment For Severe Vertigo
How can I stop my vertigo from coming back the bppv nor I get it almost every month and a half and when iif comes after the spinning stops I still see the walls moving up and down for three hours is there anything I could take like herbs to not fell floating every day even it s hard for me to wash my hands I feel like I am going to fall over the sink

First you should find out the cause of having vertigo.
There might be having few causes of having vertigo like,
Cervical spondilitis,
some ear problem,
Refraction of errors,
hypertension etc.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Meanwhile take Stugerone or vertin or stematil to get symptomatic relief.
