Suggest Treatment For Severe Vertigo

I have had severe vertigo for 17 months. Been to several doctors. Some say I have fluid in my ears, some say I don't. I seen an ENT specialist, he said I did not. That he thought it was anxiety. Went back to my pcp. He said I still had fluid and then more.
Gets so bad at times, I cant leave my home, and while at home. I cant get up and do anything.
Do you have any advise, or opinion?

Thank you for asking!
Vertigo has thousands of etiologies with fluid in inner ear AKA Meniere's disease one of them. A complete clinical correlation with detailed work up is advised to sort out the etiology whether it is central or peripheral vertigo and then managed accordingly. Simple prokinetics like prochlorperazine and betahistines will help. Diet and lifestyle modifications with salt intake restriction to less than 2 gm a day is recommended.
Take care

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern I think it is better to treat the symptoms alone in such cases when you did not find any cause for this and I actually do the same things in my patients if ever come with such situation, and the best option in medicine would be " Tab Betahistine 16 mg three times in day" Tab Diphenhydramine 10 mg three times in day" hope this information helps you take care and have good day.
