Hi, my name is Josh Elford. I have been experiencing wrist pain. The discomfort happens anytime my right wrist is turned outward. The pain is on the pinky side of my wrist. It prevents me from doing certain things like turning my wrist (palm up), and doing certain exercises like barbell bicep curls, since I can t turn my wrist too far outside.
Hi welcome to health care magic. After going through your query I think there is ligament injury. You need rest, analgesics, crepe bandage support and avoid extreme movements of wrist for some days. Hope your query has been answered . Thanks.
