Well the cost differs from country to country like in Russia it costs about 2000-3000 $, in India it costs about 3000$ or more, and so on.
Surgery can be completed in one sitting, but in some cases more than one sitting is required. It takes about 3-4 hours at least for the entire surgery, this is not considered too long.
