Suggest Treatment For Sharp Abdominal Pain

I have a sharp pain in my lower right abdomen. It turns to a shooting pain when I sneaze or cough, I have no fever, cannot take a deep breath without moderate pain, very heavy at 138kg, cant bend over to pick up items off the floor as it hurts when bending / lifting, pain has been present for apx 18hrs,

your problem is related to obesity.check your BMI .TAKE Anti spasmodics like tab.mafinemic acid 10mg and tab.pantop40mg to releive your pain.get an ultrasound to rule out any stoneconsult your doctor for treatment options like bariatric surgery.thankyou

Hi and welcome to HCM. This can be caused by various conditions but moist commonly this is seen in cholelithiasis and chilecystitis so you should do ultrasound an dlab testst to rule this out. Wish you good health.
