Suggest Treatment For Sharp Chest Pain And Rapid Heart Rate

I had a sudden stabbing very sharp pain in my chest on the left side. I was watching tv. It was fast but made me yell. My heart was racing and I could feel it skip beats. My collar bone on left side is achy Jere and there nothing steady. My left arm felt like it was asleep and hand felt numb.

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion you should immediately consult emergency room and get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out cardiac disease.
Because chest pain with racing heart beats with skipping beats with numbness in left arm etc are strongly suggestive of heart disease.
If both are normal then no need to worry.
Stress and anxiety can cause similar symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension.
Be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
