I cleaned my ears with ac q- tip and touched something inside. I had a sharp stabbing pain and Took ibofren painkillers. Doctor give me antibiotic drops and canesten drops. Told me take for ten days. There was some blood as well as fluid But it I think my ears may be clogged. There is a silent hissing noise. i also feel like there are air pockets when I yawn etc

You are feeling that the ear is clogged, there is silent hissing sound and feel like an air pocket when you yawn. The cause is obviously due to injury, the clogging can be due to the blood clot itself or due to trauma to the ear drum causing the bleeding and further damage to the area within. The only way to get a proper diagnosis is to have clinical evaluation and ENT examination by an ENT Surgeon, investigations if required and proper treatment for early healing and good recovery.
