Read and understood your history of using qtip and that touched something in the inside the ear causing sharp stabbing pain, took Ibuprofen, antibiotic drops and canesten drops. You are feeling that the ear is clogged, there is silent hissing sound and feel like an air pocket when you yawn. The cause is obviously due to injury, the clogging can be due to the blood clot itself or due to trauma to the ear drum causing the bleeding and further damage to the area within. The only way to get a proper diagnosis is to have clinical evaluation and ENT examination by an ENT Surgeon, investigations if required and proper treatment for early healing and good recovery.
