Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Testicle

For the last 6 months I would get this small sharp pain by my right testicle . it doesn t feel like the actually testicle but it feels like the cords or veins connected to it and I m getting worry about it and I went to see a doctor and he said I might have epididmytis or whatever you call it but it has been 6 months now and its not gone away yet.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Acute on Chronic Epididymitis with Funiculitis.
Treatment-
Second opinion from a surgeon or Urologist to assess the extent of the Epididymitis and the prostatitis accompanied is the essential step before any treatment is given.
LCR test to find out the cause of this affliction to funicular structures and to the prostate is needed besides the Urine Analysis.
Cap Doxy 200 mg x 2 times a day x 14 days
Assessment of the regression after 2 weeks
Continued treatement for accompanied treatment with Doxy for -4 more weeks.If needed change of medicine to Tab Azitrhromycin is essential for continued remissions in this very intricate disease condition.
Incomplete assessment and failure to treat the accompanied prostatitis with chlamydia or with gonorrhea,would lead to chronic resistant Prostration in future.
If no relief with recurent infections -Inj treatment in to prostatic tissue x 6 weeks may be needed.
