Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Inner Thigh Region

I have a sharp pain that hits me now and again high up on inner left thigh and sort of radiates to bottom of penis shaft. I sat in car for two hrs yesterday and wonder if this might have caused a trapped nerve. I have paraplegia from waist down and use catheters and sometimes manually have to do an bowel evacuate. What else can I say

As per your explanation I suggest you should do once your urine test and check there should not be any infection. If yes then take appropriate tablet. Here apart from para plegia there is no other medical history is given so not able to check on detail as well with out observing the local painful area and swelling it's difficult to guide. So I suggest to meet general physician and take appropriate treatment.
