Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Vagina

Hi..from past 1 month I have a bone prick sensation in vagina.it happens suddenly mid of day or night...it pricks me anytime..I thought it s a uterine prolapse..so do kegel exercise..I did urine test USC..All i s normal.my doc said it s muscular and gave me lox gel..but that don t work after few hours..I m in terrible pain..its like an attack..I m conscious to sit.. stand

Hi,

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not it can be due to pelvic inflammatory disease, spinal pathology. Doing an ultrasound pelvis with vaginal swab culture with CT spine can help diagnose.
