Hi, I m XXXX, and i m quite the idiot. I weigh around 290 and i m about 5 7. I recently received a blunt shin injury with great force. I also broke my toe on the other foot because i wasn t wearing shoes. I went to a med clinic for my toe, and found out that my knee or shin bone weren t broken. I did however have a cut were my shin hit the concrete. With a few days of ice and elevation, the cut stopped bleeding.
