Suggest Treatment For Short Term Memory Loss
hey , could i ask about something
my mother lately does not remember events that are happened from short time ago about twice , but from 3 - 4 months she started to forget places of things or to have a call or some of her talks with us ,, i am afraid and i do not know if that will be the beginning of alzahemier disease ,,,, she is 47 years , no other diseases except her backbone pain .......what can i do now with her ? thanks

yes it can be beginning of Alzheimer dementia
in early stage s it affect recent memories and registration details
in early stage it called MCI means minimal cognitive impairment
go for MMSE mni mental status examinations test
if score is less than cutoff than it suggest MCI
sometimes it is part of organic brain disease also
so consult neurologist and investigate all of this than you will reach to final diagnosis
