Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Skin Rashes All Over The Body

please if possible my husband has shortness of breath, tired and gurgling noise most of the time, he will not go see a doctor I believe because he is scared. He has also developed a rash all over his body what should I do I can stand to see him slowly commit suicide.

your husband is probably suffering from an allergic reaction .he has got rash all over the body,shortness of breath,gurgling noise. he needs to got to ER immediatly for if it gets worse ,his airways will get blocked and he will develop choking and severe respiratory distress which can be very fatal.
