Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath

I am experiencing shortness of breath as well as weird stiffness in my shoulders. I thought of checking my blood pressure with an automatic BP machine and the readings were too low, 88/67 and 20 minutes later 74/58 and 20 minutes ago 86/62 ...what does this mean?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation.
If the readings are true than you should immediately consult emergency department and get your blood pressure check thoroughly.
As hypotension and breathlessness is seen most commonly with
1. Cardiac diseases
2. Internal blood loss.
So get done ECG and 2d echo to rule out cardiac cause.
Get done chest x ray and ultrasound examination of abdomen to rule out internal bleeding.
Infection (septicemia) is also the cause for hypotension.
So better to consult doctor immediately, start appropriate treatment and search for the cause of hypotension and breathlessness.
Don't wait at home. This can be life threatening.
