Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear Michael just answer me for few questions?? Is this problem accuring particular season in the year?? Have you feeling nasal congestion or sneezing during episode?? If you feel dysnea how much time it will subside?? Any triggering factors?? Like cold, dust, food or pollen?? Have you feeling palpitations during attack? Any chest tight Ness??

Dear probably your suffering from like panic attacks or bronchial asthma or hyperventilation etc.. Your history not proper to come to diagnosis, so there may be a chance of Adenoid hypertrophy.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask me.
