Good Day, Please tell me ... I have a heart rate of 79 bmp and I am feeling like I don't have enough oxygen. In the morning I wasn't able to breath properly. // I don't smoke/drink, i don't take medicine of any kind. I am an athletic person, age of 23. Thank you!
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. At the young age of 23 years, shortness of breath is mostly due to asthma or bronchitis. So better to first consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (pulmonary function test). PFT will not only diagnose them but it will also tell you about severity of the disease. If PFT is normal then no need to worry for lung diseases. Sometimes, stress and anxiety can also cause similar kind of breathlessness. So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Don't worry, you will be alright. But first rule out asthma and bronchitis. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
