Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case. I agree that some of the gall bladder conditions can give rise to symptoms in shoulder region still there is chances of some shoulder pathology also which can cause pain.
So I would suggest you to get MRI of the shoulder joint to make sure if there is any nerve compression or arthropathy which is causing such pain.
If there is nerve compression in the neck than cervical spondylitis can also give rise to such symptoms.
You may need physiotherapy of surgery of the shoulder joint accordingly. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
