Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

Sir i am sufferig from sinus problem from last one year my left nostril almost close and my throat is upset whenever i want to try speak loudly icant speak loudly. I feel my voice is coming from my ear and nose iam taking treatment from 8 month ie. Septillin bd . Montek lc at bed time but iam not getting well from this treatment please help me what should i do . Jai parkash 49 yr.delhi

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

you have chronic sinusitis with eustachin tube dysfunction. do ct para nasal sinuses and audiometry. treatment can be given as per the findings.
