Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis Pain

I have been having ongoing sinus pressure on the right side including headaches, pressure behind right eye and right cheek bone. Also, on occasion, pressure in right ear. Now I have a headcold and my right eye won't stop watering. Do I have an overactive sinus on that side?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ongoing sinus pressure on the right side including headaches, pressure behind right eye and right cheek bone which is a condition known as chronic sinusitis. I would suggest you to take nasal decongestant sprays, Antihistamines and antibiotic combination as infection is present. Co amoxiclav is best treatment option for you. You should take plenty of liquids. Maintain proper oral hygiene. . You should take steam inhalation. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for para nasal sinus X ray and get puncture and drainage of sinus if required. You can go for surgical reconstruction of opening after proper prescription. Do warm saline gargles.
