I have been having ongoing sinus pressure on the right side including headaches, pressure behind right eye and right cheek bone. Also, on occasion, pressure in right ear. Now I have a headcold and my right eye won't stop watering. Do I have an overactive sinus on that side?

Go for para nasal sinus X ray and get puncture and drainage of sinus if required. You can go for surgical reconstruction of opening after proper prescription. Do warm saline gargles.
