Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis

I had a sinus issue over 3 decades and during 1985 had a surgery for a septram deviation and in 2012 had one more surgery to remove the pollyp.Having the problem of sneezing,dry cough,lot of flume coming out while coughing.am aged 67 years. taking the tablets of azithroll,montek LC,cough syrup.Due to sinus i am troubling with these issues which are unbearable. need advise for permanent cure

hello,thanks for your query, in my opinion , with your allergic rhinitis, you have developed polyp(recurrence) again, which is causing sinusitis. re do surgergy is inevitable in recurrence. kindly do ct paranasal sinuses to know the size and extent of polyp.if its extensive, you may require surgery,if not ,it can be managed by steroidal sprays and oral steroids. hope i have answered your query. all the best. take care.
