Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis

I currently have a head cold, partially blocked sinuses, bad headache, nose running, mouth is dry but it has been warm here for a couple of days, my concern is that my daughter said to me about 12 hours ago that my breath smelt like the pool like a chlorine smell, I then smelt it and later that day I went to bed, woke up with dry mouth, mind you that we have a split system cooler in our bedroom so the air would also be dry, when I woke I could smell a slight smell of chlorine, I haven t been near chlorine for quite some time. Can you please help, thanks Adam

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The sinusitis can be treated by taking a course of antibiotic like amoxicillin and clavulnic acid(if you are not allergic) and for the blocked nose you can use nasal decongestants like xylometazoline sprays and do steam inhalation. The bad breath can be secondary to sinusitis. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
