Suggest Treatment For Sinus,nasal Drip And Difficulty In Swallowing Due To Choking
i have had sinus problems for several years. Recently, I have nasal drip in my throat but after a while I feel like I can't swallow and am choking. Then I throw up clear thick mucus and am ok for a couple of hours then it started again. What is wrong?

Start steam inhalation,warm saline gargle , Mucolytic syp , saline nasal drop , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast , Antibiotic azithromycin for 10 days.
