Suggest Treatment For Skin Burn

My 24,y/o son was handed a hot clothes iron and burned the pads of his fingers. They have turned white and blistered. He has been keeping his hand under running cold water. I first gave him motrin 600 mg for pain then went to the pharmacy and bought a 2.5 % lidocaine gel for burns. It didn t help. I also bought neosporin and gauze to wrap his fingers when the pain subsides. What else can I do ? A friend of mine recommended silvdene cream but its prescription only.

hi i treat my burns patients with oral antibiotics like amoxicillin-clavulonic acid combination 375 mg thrice daily for kids for 5 days . for patients above 12 yrs I treat with 625 mg and then I will give a pain killer and ask them to apply silver sulphadiazine cream thrice daily. once the burnt area is dried up I ask them to apply momenta zone ointment in the morning an tacrolimus ointment in the night for the post burn depigmentation. if the burnt area is large we apply sofra tullae
