Suggest Treatment For Skin Burn

I have a 2nd degree burn from applying gas to a trash burn earlier today. I immediately induced cold water over the burn. Then added ice to the water .I have also applied a thin layer of silver sulfadiazine to the affected area. what would be of benefit to further the healing process?

Hi.
As per your case of 2nd degree burn my advice is-
1. keep the wound clean, avoid soap application on that part. Clean it with betadine solution and continue applying silver sulphadiazine cream.
2. Apply placentrax gel for better healing.
3. Take tab.vitamin C once a day at night - it helps better healing due to anti-oxidant property.

Thanks.
