Hi

Your brother seems to be developing recurrent folliculitis over the body.
Such recurrent lesions can occur due to application of oils or moisturising lotions over body or due to excessive sweating or due to systemic disorders like diabetes.
He needs to keep the affected area clean and dry.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin over the affected area twice daily.
He might need a course of oral antibiotics in case the lesion tends to persist..
