Suggest Treatment For Skin Dryness And Numb Lips

Ok. My hands are splitting and bleeding. They look discolored and are painful. Short of they are dry, use lotion it s winter. I also have numb lips and tongue and feel like I am ingesting something toxic in the air I should not be ingesting. And at my condo, I feel this way too. I have a cough too.

1. Use a good glycerine soap for daily use.
2. Take a good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
3. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily on it.
4. Other treatment options are oral multivitamins and topical steroid given only after consulting a dermatologist.
