Suggest Treatment For Skin Hives On The Stomach , Legs And Arms
Hi my questioning that two months ago I got hives over my stomach, my legs and my arms. I visited the doctor who said it was dry skin. I was given a steroids cream which only makes it worse. I now have red blotches where the hives developed. Will the red blotches ever go away?
Well hives are body's response to external stimuli which can be a allergen . It is very important to know the trigger factors that can cause hives , which is extremely important for its treatment . There are number of factors that can cause hives like milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and shellfish ,Medicines , Insect bites and stings, Pollen and Touching something to which you are allergic such as latex . I would suggest you to try to figure out what exactly causing hives in your case , give cold compresses to affected area to get rid of itching , take benadryl and consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis doctor will take history and prescribe steroid medicines .
