Suggest Treatment For Skin Infection In The Groin Area

I have these purple/redish scar like marks on my groin area and it s pissing me off because I m not overweight nor big at all. I am 20 years old and I started noticing them when I was about 19 but they were little at the time. Now they have seem to have gotten worse and I seem to have gotten more. What s going on? Dermatologist 's  Response
The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is striae. They may occur because of sudden weight gain or weight loss.Striae can be treated with topical Tretinoin cream in 0.025 percent concentration at night time along with topical Vitamin E preparations. Oral Vitamin E capsules may also help.If you do not respond to this than surgical cosmetic procedures like Platelet rich plasma therapy can also be tried . Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
