Hi,
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
According to your clinical history you are having a clinical condition called "tactile hallucination".That means you are experiencing sensations with out an obvious stimuli. There are many causes are there for such condition, both skin related and non skin related.
I suggest you to quit use of recreational drugs(if any).Drink plenty of water and have a healthy diet.If symptoms persist please consult a psycho dermatologist or a clinical psychiatrist.
Hope this information helps.
Wishing you good health.

With regards.
