Please type your query here...I have a rash on face forehead vand cheeks mostly.The rash is no red but does feel a little ichty when I'm hot or sweating .they are tiny bumps not pimples because they have no white head but a lot on face. Can u please tell me what this is and the treatment to heal the tiny bumps.
