Suggest Treatment For Skin Rashes

Hello Doctors, 3.5 weeks ago I suddenly developed skin rashes (popularly known as and termed by my House doctor as Urtcaria). I have never had such thing before. The weird part is that it comes with light cold and as soon as I cover my arms and face for few hours, its gone. I have had allergy bood test and all sort of allegies from food, pollen, fish, meat, cats and dogs came negative (Only house dust mite allergy came as negligible 0.38 to be precise). The doctors put me on LevoCetirizine 2 weeks ago and since then i ve been having it everyday otherwise the hives would break out. It s quite annoying and disturbing to see those red bumps spreading over my body like wildfire as soon as i m exposed to light cold weather. On my doctor s advice, I also conducted a ice cube test on my arm to see if I m allergic to extreme Cold. The test was negative. Also, I ve been living in Netherlands for last 5 years and have seen extreme cold without any problems. Now I m totally confused what is the cause for the hives and how they can be controlled/ended. I am going to see a dermatologist this week but need advices from experts like you. Have you seen such thing quite often? Is there anyway I can find out what is causing it? Can there be any deficiency in my diet that can cause this? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

your history is suggestive of cold urticaria. there are no tests that would 100% diagnose your condition. there is no relation to deficiencies. best is to avoid cold as much as possible. also start tablet levosiz-M once daily. take it for 4 weeks and then follow up.
